Change-of-Mind Returns

• Return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excludes original shipping).
• Contact support@koolblanketz.com for an RMA before sending anything back.

Hygiene Exclusions

For health and safety, opened bedding cannot be returned unless defective or not as described. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.
• We’ll arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund according to applicable law.

Refund Method & Timing

Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may add time.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
• Opened bedding (unless faulty)

Consumer Rights

• Australia: ACL guarantees—major failures may entitle you to a refund or replacement.
• EU/UK: statutory conformity rights; local withdrawal rules may apply.
• US: state consumer protections apply and are not excluded.
